Our Philosophy:
At CdA, we believe in a grassroots organization approach where we help to facilitate the priorities of the people of rural La Paz. We believe that the communities know what their most pressing issues are and what is most important for them. As such, we help them problem solve, collaborate with different organizations, and work together in order to achieve their goals.
