REGISTRATION

Your $30 registration fee includes a race medal and bib so you're ready to join all your virtual friends for a live 5K on July 31.

5K Live Race

Live Virtual 5K // July 31st @ 7:30am MST

Run/Walk 3.1 miles with the CdA community in a live synchronous 5K via the Charge Running app. We'll have a Live Race Announcer, a Live Leaderboard, Real-Time Group Chat, and even the National Anthem at the beginning of the race! Click the 5K Live Race link above on your phone, download the Charge Running app, and enter (if prompted) the code CDA21.

FITNESS CHALLENGE // July 18-31

Run/Walk your age in miles between July 18-31.
